Raised in northern Minnesota and today based in Cottage Grove, Wisconsin, classically trained barber turned leather artisan Kenton Sorenson subscribes to the credo above and has a contagious passion for leather, having been recently featured in both GQ US and Esquire UK “best of" features.
"I've learned by experience that modern design is simply using lines, shapes and texture to express a universal contemporary desire," says Kenton.
And he's passed that same philosophy on to his daughter and former apprentice, Erika, who has recently launched her own line of leather products.
