We do not offer custom designs.


Shipping

As a standard, products are shipped domestically via USPS Priority Mail, and internationally via USPS International Express.

We or the USPS cannot be responsible for international orders that are lost, damaged, or delayed once they have left the US.

We as a policy always declare full value of items on customs forms. 

2-3 day shipping is free within the US via USPS Priority Mail.

Shipping charges apply for International orders via USPS Express International.



Returns and Exchange

We are committed to your complete satisfaction.  If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us provided the item is in original unused condition within 30 days of receipt for a store credit or refund.  This does not apply to items that are customized in any way, in which case all sales are final.  Packing slips are required for returns, and we certainly would appreciate a note to describe if and what expectations have been less than fully met.  

We cannot be responsible for missing packages.  Please deny acceptance of packages that appear to be damaged upon delivery.  We reserve the right to deny credit if the merchandise returned is in less than original condition per our discretion.  Please allow two weeks for credit to be received following our receipt of goods. 

No refund will be given for shipping costs (international).

No refunds or credit are given for custom sized or monogrammed orders.

Return postage is to be paid for by the customer, and we recommend that the product is returned via a traceable carrier to the following address:
